At Birthday Calendar™, we stand behind the quality of every calendar we make. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items If your calendar arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@birthdaycalendar.us with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no charge.

Returns Because our calendars are printed to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out — we'll do our best to find a solution.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun and we're unable to guarantee a cancellation.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges, but if there's an issue with your order, contact us and we'll work with you.
